Makhana & Dal Idli Dosa Batter
Ingredients
Whole Moong 1/4 Cup
Chickpeas 1/4 Cup
Chana Dal 1/4 Cup
Moong Dal 1/4 Cup
Makhana 1 Cup
Urad Dal 1/4 Cup
Poha 3/4 Cup
Methi Seeds 1tbsp
Steps
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Wash 5-6 Times. Soak 7-8 hours
Blend and transfer to a bigger bowl. Mix with hands to start the Fermentation process.
Keep in a warm place overnight.
Next morning add salt and then make idlis or dosas.
Serve with sambhar & chutney.
