Healthy Sooji Poha IDLLI Recipe

  RECIPE* 1. Take a bowl of Poha and rinse it for 2-3 times with water. 2. Add half bowl suji with half bowl of curd. 3. Mix it well and half half tbsp of salt and some coriander leaves. 4. Apply some oil on palm and make balls of the mixture. 5. Steam for 10 minutes. 6. Now in a pan take some oil, add half thsp of jeera, half tbsp rai ,half tbsp white til, sukhi red mirch and greeen chili. 7. Add 1 tbsp kashmiri red mirch powder and 1 tbsp sambhar masala. 8. Add the balls on it and mix. 9. Your healthy and delicious poha suji bites are ready. Enjoy

Makhana & Dal Idli Dosa Batter

Ingredients Whole Moong 1/4 Cup Chickpeas 1/4 Cup Chana Dal 1/4 Cup Moong Dal 1/4 Cup Makhana 1 Cup Urad Dal 1/4 Cup Poha 3/4 Cup Methi Seeds 1tbsp Steps Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Wash 5-6 Times. Soak 7-8 hours Blend and transfer to a bigger bowl. Mix with hands to start the Fermentation process. Keep in a warm place overnight. Next morning add salt and then make idlis or dosas. Serve with sambhar & chutney.
